Jessica began dancing at the age of 3 and since that time has studied ballet, jazz, lyrical, novelty, hip hop, and contemporary. She began competing at age 11 with the Dance Showcase Company in both local and national competitions as well as participated in many NYCDA dance conventions. During her time as a competitive dancer she earned many overall scores as both a soloist and a group dancer.

As a teen, Jessica enjoyed her involvement in her high school’s Dance Company where she studied various forms of dance, performed regularly, and participated in student-led choreography. While seeking more opportunities, she also joined the competitive cheerleading team and enjoyed learning to stunt and tumble.

After graduation, Miss Jess found joy in teaching adult hip hop classes and was later introduced to Aerobics and group exercise. Since then, Jessica has developed a love for Latin based dance and rhythm. 

As a Dance Teacher, Miss Jess feels that it is important for her students to feel confident, motivated and inspired. Jessica enjoys the passion and expression of dance. She aims to share this passion with her students while helping them to grow in a comforting and encouraging environment.
